Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator in Morris, IL at Client Distribution Facility.
This position supports this progressive organization by providing leadership for our Facilities teams in the delivery of safe, sanitary and innovative services to our customers.
Contribute to the fulfillment of the department's goal of rendering quality services to the client and provide support to the Facilities Manager in the execution of the department's tasks.

Responsibilities:
Provides support creating purchase orders and reconciling invoicesAssist the Facilities Operations Manager in coordinating with and supervise vendors and contractors for projectsConduct regular inspection of the premises and ensure to report findings and/or unusual observations to the Service Desk / FMMonitor work order requests, complaints and maintenance deficiencies reported and ensure that these are completed and closed on timeMaintain records of all work order requests, complaints and maintenance deficienciesFunction as documents controller of the departmentConsolidate personnel time sheets and ensure that these are submitted to HR on timeProcess vendor's monthly billingsConsolidate monthly sales reports from vendors and submit this to FMMaintain inventory of office/other supplies as may be required by Sodexo employee assigned on-site, and facilitate procurementParticipate in drills initiated by the client / building administrationPerform other functions as may be deemed necessary by the FMIs this opportunity right for you?
