Cardiology Assistant

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION A member of the healthcare team who supports the#cardiology team by transporting patients and assisting with patient care, including some clerical duties.
# QUALIFICATIONS # Professional/Educational High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant certificate#or comparable healthcare education required.
Medical terminology preferred.
Computer experience preferred.
Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
# Personal Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct.
Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others.
Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty.
Ability to follow directions accurately.
Has the ability to work very closely with all employees, patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital employees.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
