The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, including inspecting and repairing equipment, performing general repairs, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Perform minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Maintain records of maintenance activities.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Ensure safety protocols are followed when performing maintenance activities.
