Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer and screen phone calls Scheduling patients for multiply providers and locations Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail Qualifications Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist Medical office experience preferred Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time-management and organizational skills Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays.
Compensation depends on your experience.
