Currently seeking two (2) electrical engineers or two (2) electrical designers or one (1) of each with 2 to 5 years of experience to work on-site at a major chemical process plant located in Morris, Illinois.
The position will last a minimum 2 to 3 years or longer with respect to plant expansion and upgrades. This is NOT a short term project position.
The work will include design for new electrical power, instrumentation and controls for new and existing process systems at the plant. Orientation and some training will be provided on-site from our on staff senior electrical engineer. Knowledge of AUTO CAD is a must. Knowledge of programming PLC's and DCS' is a plus. You will work closely with the plant project engineers as well as their maintenance staff.
The position comes with competitive compensation and 401K plan with matching contributions. Health benefits include medical, dental and vision. Hourly salary ranges commensurate with experience and technical skill levels.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
