Manager Of healthcare centers

Healthcare Center Manager provides leadership to the physician practice team to monitor and ensure clinical and operational performance goals. The position assumes responsibility and authority for the administrative direction and coordination of services through collaboration with the Ambulatory Services Team, providers, and staff.
Responsible for the management of the operations of the employed Physician Practices and Healthcare Centers. Leads and coordinates all performance improvement activities for the physician practices and healthcare centers in partnership with key physicians and Manager of Operations. Responsible for the management of communication between providers and staff. Responsible for the management of the workflows of the physician practices. Responsible for labor and operating budgets. Partners with the Manager of Operations and Manager of Revenue Cycle to optimize physician practice operations.
Bachelor's Degree Health Administration, Management, or Nursing, is required.
Five years of progressive health care leadership experience, ideally in medical practice management.
Certified Medical Practice Executive credential preferred.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build successful relationships.

Proven change leadership skills, with a strong ability to engage, energize and motivate teams.
Excellent ability to create a team with a shared sense of ownership and accountability.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
